In view of adhesion considerations, it is difficult to form fine screen printing on untreated PE and PP plastic bottles. Therefore, before screen printing, it is often necessary to polarize the plastic bottles, and although there are various methods, the industry generally chooses to use the flame treatment method. In this process, O, N0, OH and NH and other free radicals produced in the flame can extract the oxygen from the surface of PE, PP, etc., and improve the adhesion fastness of the screen printing on the plastic bottle by changing the wettability of the surface of the plastic bottle without polarization, thus ensuring the stable formation of fine patterns.


At the same time, the choice of screen printing is also crucial.


Some can be screen printed on the PET bottle without treatment, can get high adhesion effect; some, with good adhesion, fluidity, chemical resistance; some, with flexibility, chemical resistance in the treated plastic bottle performance, good adhesion; some, with fine particles, high color density, good printability characteristics.
