What are the advantages of hot stamping process?

1. The definition of hot stamping

Hot stamping as a special printing technology without ink, environmental protection, clean, and suitable for plastic, glass, paper and other materials;

Hot stamping process is to use the principle of heat pressing transfer, to transfers the aluminum layer in the hot stamping foil to the surface of the substrate to form a special metal effect. 3. The whole process of hot stamping

(1) Place hot stamping foil (gold foil) between the paper/plastic and the bronzing plate.

(2) Heat the hot stamping version to about 100-150 degrees, then press it down. After contact with hot stamping foil, the pressure is applied to the paper/plastic.

(3) Make the graphic content on the hot stamping version and paper/plastic completely fit.

(4) Hot stamping version lifted away.

(5) Influenced by the temperature of the hot stamping version, hot stamping foil contact with the graphic content on the hot stamping version, the color of the layer will be peeled off, transfer to paper/plastic.

(6) Remove the aluminum carbide waste that has been stripped.

(7) Finish the hot stamping effect on the paper or plastic.
