Plastic material category

1.AS: Hardness is not high, relatively crisp (when striking crisp sound). Transparent color and the background is a bit blue. It also can directly contact with cosmetics and food. It generally used as the material of AS vacuum bottle body, can also be made of cosmetic cream jar in small capacity. The color appears transparent.

2.ABS: Belongs to engineering plastics, not environmental protection, high hardness, can not directly contact with cosmetics and food. In acrylic cosmetic packaging materials are generally used as the inner cover and shoulder cover. The color appears yellow or milky white.

3.PP、PE: Belong to environmental protection materials, can directly contact with cosmetics and food. It is the main material of organic skin care products packaging. The color of the material itself appears white and translucent. Depending on the molecular structure, three different degrees of hardness and softness can be achieved.

4.PET: Belongs to environmentally friendly material, which can directly contact with cosmetics and food. It is the main material of organic skin care products packaging. PET material is soft anf the color will appears transparent.

5.PCTA、PETG: Belong to environmentally friendly material, which can directly contact with cosmetics and food. It is the main material of organic skin care products packaging. The material is soft and transparent. PCTA and PETG are soft and easy to scratch, so it is not commonly used to spray more printing.

6.Acrylic (PMMA): Material is hard and transparent color. The background color is white. In order to maintain transparent texture of Acrylic, it often spray outside the bottle, or in injection molding for coloring.

Type of packaging

1.Airless bottle: Cover, shoulder cover, vacuum pump, piston. It relies on air pressure.

2.Lotion bottle: Cover, shoulder cover, lotion pump, piston. It is mostly outside acrylic material, inside PP material. The cover is acrylic on the outside and ABS on the inside.

3.Perfume bottles: The liner of perfume bottle is glass type and PP more. Large capacity need to use glass perfume bottle, because the storage time is long, PP suitable for small capacity short-term storage. Most PCTA and PETG do not contain perfume.

4.Cream Jar: There's an outer cap, an inner cap, an outer bottle, and an inner liner.

5.Blow molding bottle: The material is mostly PET. The cap can be divided into 3 kinds: Disc top cao, flip cap and screw cap. Blow molding is blown directly into the bottle embryo. It have a bump on the bottom of the bottle and bright in the light.

6.Blowing&injection bottle: The material is mostly PP or PE. The cover can be divided into 3 kinds: Disc top cao, flip cap and screw cap. Blow injection bottle is a process that combines blow injection and blow molding, but only need one mold. It have a bond line at the bottom of the bottle.

Coloring process

1.Alumite: An aluminum shell is wrapped around the inner plastic.

2.Electroplating (UV): Compared with the spraying, the effect is bright.

3.Spraying: Compared with electroplating, the color is dull.

Frosted (Matte): A frosted texture.

Spray on the outside of the bottle: spray on the outside of the bottle from the outside and there is an obvious gap between the bottle. Side view spray diagram area is small.

Spray inside the bottle: It is the inside of the bottle to spray paint from the appearance of the larger area. The vertical plane looks smaller. And there is no gap with the inner bottle.

4.Injection color: it is added in the raw material when the product is injection. The process is relatively cheap. It also can add bead powder, also can add cronstarch to make PET transparent color to opaque color (add some color can be toned). The production of water ripples is related to the amount of bead powder added.

Printing process

1. Screen printing: The effect after printing has obvious concave and convex feeling.

2. Hot stamping: It’s a thin layer of paper printed on it. So there is no concave and convex screen printing.

3. Water transfer printing: it is an irregular printing process in water. The pattern is inconsistent and it's more expensive.

4. Heat transfer printing: It is mainly used for large quantity, complex printing products. It's a film attached to a surface and price is high.

5 Offset printing: mostly used for aluminum cosmetic soft tube and all plastic tube.
