How to Make Aluminum Cosmetic Bottle?

The aluminum particles soaked in lubricant and deburred are automatically sent to a 500-ton cold extruder by a manipulator, and the particles are extruded at high speed to form a can body.

The final step is hot air drying.

Aluminum screw cap jars are more durable. The content of general aerosols is composed of material and gas, which requires the sealing of the bottle to be very good, and the aluminum can just meets this requirement. Compared with three or two tinplate cans, the aluminum can is stamped from one piece of aluminum blank, and it has no seams, so it has a good sealing performance.


The atomization of aluminum jars is much better. Since the aerosol is sprayed by pressure and the material in the can, the aluminum can is an integrated can, and the pressure resistance is higher than that of the iron can, so the atomization effect is good.
