  2. Double layers soft tube is more commonly used. Soft tube’s caliber are available from 13# - 60#. When choosing a soft tube of a certain caliber, different capacity characteristics are marked with different lengths. The capacity of 3ml-360ml can be adjusted arbitrarily. In order to be beautiful and coordinated, the caliber below 35# is commonly used below 60ml soft tube, the caliber of 35# -45 # is usually used for 100ml and 150ml soft tube, and the caliber above 45# is needed for the capacity above 150ml soft tube.

  3. The process is divided into round soft tube, oval soft tube, flat soft tube, super flat soft tube. Flat soft tube and super flat soft tube are more complex than other soft tube’s technology, but also in recent years out of the new soft tube, so the price is relatively expensive.   4. Soft tube cover shapes are diverse, generally divided into flat cover, round cover, high cover, lift cover, super flat cover, double cover, spherical cover, lipstick cover. Plastic cover can also be processed in a variety of processes: bronzing edge, silver edge, colored cover, transparent, spray oil, electroplating, etc., Twist cover and lip balm cover are usually equipped with a plug. The cover of soft tube is injection molded, and the soft tube is drawn. Most of the soft tube manufacturers do not produce the soft tube cover.

  5. Some products need to be sealed after filling. The seal can be divided into straight seal, twill seal, umbrella seal, star seal and special seal. When sealing, the required date code can be printed at the seal.

  6. Soft tube can do color tube, transparent tube, color or transparent frosted, bead light soft tube. There are matte and bright finish, matte finishes are elegant but easy to be dirty. The difference between the colored soft tube and the large area printing of the soft tube body can be judged from the cut at the tail. The cut is white for the large area printing soft tube, and the ink is required to be high, otherwise it is easy to fall off and will crack and show white marks after folding.

  7. Production process.
Soft tube’s body: direct production of plastic products add color, most customers choose color customized, like pink soft tube. It also can do transparent color, but it’s less used.

Printing: screen printing (spot color, small and few color blocks, the same as plastic bottle printing, color matching is required, professional line products are commonly used) and offset printing (similar to paper printing, large color blocks and many colors, daily chemical and cosmetic line products are commonly used). There are gold stamping and silver stamping.
