The combination form is as follows


1.cream bottle series: glass bottle body + double plastic cover (general capacity in 10G-50g)

2.serums series: glass bottle + plastic pump head or anodized aluminum pump head (general capacity in 20 to 100ml)

3.skin toner series: glass bottle + plastic plug + outer cover (more than 100ml, also with the kind of pump head)

Coloring process

1.anodized aluminum: aluminum appearance, a layer of film wrapped on the inner layer of plastic.

2.electroplating (UV) : compared with spraying, the effect is bright.

3.spraying: compared with plating color is dark matt.

The printing process

1. Screen printing: one is high temperature ink screen printing, which is not easy to decolorize, the color is heavy and dumb, and the purple color is difficult to get the effect. The other is low temperature ink screen printing, the color is bright, the ink requirements are higher, otherwise it is easy to fall off, and attention should be paid to the bottle disinfection.

2. Hot stamping: it is a thin layer of paper hot stamping on it, so there is no concave and convex screen printing.

Hot stamping is best not directly in PE and PP these two materials, the need for heat transfer and then hot stamping or a good bronzing paper can be directly hot stamping.

3. Water transfer printing: it is a rule-free printing process in water. The lines printed out are inconsistent and the price is more expensive.

4 heat transfer: heat transfer is used for large, complex printing products, belongs to the surface attached with a layer of film, the price is expensive.

5. Offset printing: used for aluminum and plastic hose and plastic hose, offset printing if it is a color hose to do white must use screen printing, offset printing will have a background color through, sometimes in the surface of the hose attached to a layer of bright film or dumb film.
