Why Are Airless Pump Bottles Better Than Closures?

The existing spray bottle is generally composed of a bottle body, a nozzle part and a straw. When the liquid in the bottle is slowly washed out, a part of the liquid at the bottom is often left unsucked due to the straw, which leads to waste.

A vacuum bottle refers to a container that can isolate the gas from the outside temperature or a container that isolates external bacteria. At present, the practical vacuum bottle sold on the market consists of a cylindrical-shaped ellipsoid container with a piston placed at the bottom. Its working principle is to use the contraction force of the spring and prevent the air from entering the bottle to create a vacuum state, so as to use the atmospheric pressure to push the piston at the bottom of the bottle forward.

This airless pump bottle has the following advantages, such as high protection performance, high elasticity recovery, and convenient use of high-viscosity skin care lotions. Its high-tech advantages enhance product quality.

Airless Pump Bottles or Closures

There are several reasons why an airless vacuum pump bottle is superior to the combo of a glass bottle and closure such as a pump or sprayer. The latter include the following, such as trigger spray bottle, hose trigger spray and foaming soap dispenser pump.

No Oxidation

Airless pump bottles help reduce the amount of oxygen entering the bottle by not allowing oxygen to flow back into the bottle. Is all packaging that looks airtight just vacuumed? It's a pity that most packages that look airtight are not vacuumed. To judge whether it is a vacuum bottle, just look at the pores at the bottom of the bottle. Covering the vent hole will make it impossible to squeeze. Most air-tight packaging removes the remaining air after production, not a true vacuum. And our common spray is designed to pressurize the bottle with nitrogen, and it is not a vacuum.

Organic Friendly

The airless pump containerde-oxidizes, so it is safer to use fewer preservatives in the product. Does vacuum packaging of cosmetics equal sterility? The purpose of vacuuming is to delay product deterioration. After the finished cosmetic product is filled into the bottle, the gas will be pumped out through the machine, so that the bacteria will lose the breeding ground for survival. But whether there are bacteria in it depends on the production process of the cosmetic and the storage condition when it is used. The process of making cosmetics is not a vacuum environment, so purchasing regular and qualified cosmetics can ensure hygiene and safety.

Can vacuum-packed cosmetics really last longer? After vacuuming, the oxygen in the bottle is reduced, which can prevent the oxidation of the ingredients, stabilize the activity of the ingredients, and inhibit the survival of microorganisms, so it can prolong the storage time. But skin care products are liquids and cannot be completely evacuated like solids, so the extended time is limited.

No Gravity

Airless cosmetic bottles don't require gravity to dispense skincare products from the nozzle. Whether it is sideways, upside-down or side-to-side, it will not affect its use effect.
