How To Choose A Suitable Lotion Pump?

We all know that the lotion pump is mainly divided into tie mouth type and screw type two kinds, according to its use and can be divided into sprayer, foundation cream, lotion pump head, bamboo lotion pump and lotion airless pump. These are widely used in our daily life.

But lotion pump heads are more difficult to develop than bottles, and therefore more expensive. Then if it is the first time to buy the lotion pump, how should we choose?

First of all, we need to know whether the quality of the pump head is good. We can test whether the pump head can be pressed smoothly, which relates to whether we have a good user experience. There are some cheaper pump heads on the market, but the quality of the pump head is uneven, some will always plug, there will be clicking sound when pressing, these are quality problems. Therefore, it is necessary to test the sample before placing an order, so that we can know the quality of the product and see whether it meets the market demand.

As a manufacturer of lotion pumps, our company has been in this industry for more than 13 years. Our plastic lotion dispenser pump is mainly divided into three categories: left-right locked lotion pump, screw up-down locked lotion pump and big lotion pump. Pictures are following:

You can choose them according to the amount of liquid or the size of the bottle you need. For example, a 250ml lotion pump bottle can be used with a 28/410 lotion pump. They are generally suitable for shampoo, body wash and hand sanitizer.

Then, the packaging and lotion are separate. In general, the supplier only sells empty lotion bottle with pump, and customers can add lotion to the bottles according to their own needs.

On the use of lotion pump, there are generally the following steps:

1. Holding the nozzle part of the bottle by hand, rotate the upper part of the lotion pump counterclockwise.

2. If you hear a "pop" and see the pump head pop out and squeeze out the liquid when pressed, it's ready to use.

3. If you find that the more you spin, the tighter you spin, that indicates that it is the opposite direction of the switch, just turn in the opposite direction.
